Caution and adult supervision should be exercised with some of the “The Pea Closet” items that contain small parts which could cause physical harm (choking, strangulation, etc.) to infants or small children.  These can be, but not limited to, items such as ribbons, hair bands, belts, apron sashes, etc.   The Pea Closet owner and designer make every effort to keeping children's safety in mind. The Pea Closet owner and designer are NOT responsible for any harm or damage that could occur associated with the use of any of its products.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, edit site content or cancel orders at our sole discretion. It is the parent’s responsibility to be aware of their children’s internet use. We encourage you to monitor their activity. Any personal information collected by this site is only used for billing purposes. It will never be sold or used for other purposes.

How to Place an Order

To place an order, you may email: designer@thepeacloset.com anytime or call 305-588-1895 Mon-Fri 9:30am-5pm. You will be contacted for payment method (see below). All orders are processed Monday through Friday and not on weekends or holidays. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is back-ordered, we will contact you via email regarding the situation. Regardless, you will be sent an email when your order is shipped.

 

Method of Payment

You may pay with your credit card using our email invoicing service with PayPal. Once your order is received (via phone or email), you will be sent an email invoice. Then, simply click the link and fill in your credit card information to process the card. That’s it. Easy, safe and secure. You may also pay by check. Please understand that because orders are custom made, production will not begin until payment is received (or check is cleared if applicable.) A 7% sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped within Florida due to state regulations.

 

Shipping

Although it’s hard to wait for pretty little things, products are custom made upon order and are generally shipped within 14 days. A large order may require more time and you will be contacted. We are happy to do everything possible to expedite your order! All packages are sent USPS, first class with insurance. Priority and Express available at additional charge and will only be sent in that manner after normal production time. We do not currently ship internationally. Shipping cost is determined by weight to offer you the fairest price possible. No fluff.

 

Returns

Please call as soon as possible if there is a problem with your item. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we do offer a refund, less shipping and a 20% re-stocking fee, within 14 days of ship date. You must have a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Products must be in new condition, free of pet hair or smoke and have original tags, if any. Return will be refused if there are signs of use or if item has been washed. Please be aware that due to the nature of monogrammed items, returns cannot be accepted unless there was an error on our part. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ask any questions before submitting order to avoid confusion. For clothing, when in doubt, order one size larger. Also, please note that your individual monitor may or may not alter the exact colors of your chosen item. We do our best to take our photos in natural light to avoid this, but computer screens can differ.
